UK - Free UK Delivery (2 -5 working days)

Europe - Tracked and Signed - £7.99 (3-10 working days)

International - Tracked and Signed - £8.99 (5-10 working days)

-Please note we are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country's regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and excludes weekends and bank holidays.
We do try and get our orders out as soon as possible however, so if in doubt, please contact us

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, All jewellery returns must be received within 30 days of the received date and the jewellery must not have been worn and returned in its original packaging.
​
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
(We are not responsible for any costs associated with returning your order).
If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please email our customer service team at info@inseasonjewellery.co.uk including pictures of the faulty item, before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.
